Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our small farm! We value you as our customer and your happiness is important to us. We guarantee that your tubers will be true to ID and arrive with at least one eye. We go through multiple checks to ensure that we are supplying you with the best quality product.

Please inspect your tubers immediately upon arrival and contact us via email at stonewalldahlias@gmail.com within 5 days of your order arriving if you have any concerns.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements after the 5 days.

We do not offer substitutions due to stock loss. We will refund you the price of the tuber(s) if unexpected storage loss happens between your order and shipping. 

We are unable to accept cancellations or changes to an order after it is placed. 

Please understand that we can not be held responsible for improper storage once you receive your tubers, weather, pests, growing conditions, plant performance, failure to thrive, or negligence.
